Question about ZTE Cell Phones
My zte want boot ,only the droid is the only thing that comes up.
When any smartphone won't pass the boot or Android logo, this could be a corrupted firmware. There are 2 ways to fix this:
1. By hard reset. This method takes a combination of hardware keys to get to the recovery page, from the recovery page you choose Wipe Data Factory, meaning that it will delete all the data leaving the phone as if it was new.
2. Flash a new firmware. This method usually requires a PC or Mac, also you must have some kind of utility to link the phone so that it can flash the new firmware.
To learn about Hard reset for your model just google "How to hard reset *your phone model*. Sorry I couldn't give you a link but there is no detail about your phone model, and hard reset are different on every model.
