Drill as large a hole as you can down the centre of the broken screw, and use an "Easy-out" left thread screw extractor of as large asize as you can. If the rotor is out of the car, soak it in a mixture of Coke and light machine oil before trying to extract screw.

Get a set of screw extractors from the tool section of a hardware store. This tool will easily extract the screw. If the threads in the handle are ruined, then you'll have to replace the faucet.

How do I take a stripped torx screw out of my throttle body!

Hi, The best way to remove it is to use a screw extraction tool.
Which works by you drilling a small hole in the top of the screw and then screw in the extractor which as you wind it in will start to turn the screw out.
Hope this helps.
Thanks

Bolt broke off inside side mount battery. how do i get it out

Go to the parts store & get a bolt/screw extractor.

It works by first drilling a small hole into the bolt you broke, then you screw the extracter, counter-clockwise into the bolt & it will back it out. Soak the broken bolt with lubricant/wd40 before trying to extract. Don't drill more than the depth of the bolt.

good luck.

Really Up Sh/t Creek With Fridge Door Hinge (broken bolt)

Put 2 lock washers under the remaining 2 screws and dont over tighten.
This should hold the door fine just do not over load the door.
Go to the hardware store and get 2 new hardened screws if you think you damaged the remaining 2 screws.

If they dont have any that will fit try an auto parts store.

Cant get it off

First, you need to put a jack under the engine to keep it from falling while you're working on it.

Best way to remove a broken bolt (if there is enough of it sticking out) is to use vise grips. If it's broken off flush, the next approach would be an E-Z Out (screw extractor). Extracting broken screws/bolts is not an easy task especially if access is restricted.

Sounds like you may have to take it to a repair shop.

Valve cover gasket

No...not really. What you will want to do is get a tool called an easy out or screw extracter, from a place like Sears or somewhere else that sells tools. Take a screw from your valve cover so you know the size of extractor you need...it only costs a few dollars.

You have to drill a small hole in the center of your broken one. Then take the extractor and put pressure on it as you unscrew it. It should come right out. Find a replacement screw at the auto parts store or even look at Home Depot or equivelant

Collet base removal

Try using a tapered wood screw or sheet metal screw as an extractor. Choose one of a size that will let its tip go down into the broken collet and get a grip when you twist it. If that fails, you might use a screw extraction tool.
