The most likely problem is the pump. Best way to diagnose is to remove the case, but you can tip the machine back and check it with a flashlight(please have someone keep the washer tipped back so it doesn't fall on your head! it is not a pleasant feeling.)

How to take the top off of washer?

A step by step guide to take the top off of washer -

Step 1
Unplug your Whirlpool Estate washing machine before attempting to service it.

Step 2
Disconnect your Whirlpool Estate washer from its water supply during repair.

Step 3
Use a small flashlight to illuminate the space underneath the top panel of the washer. Look for two small clips located about four inches in from the edges.

Step 4
Slide a putty knife or flathead screwdriver underneath the top panel of the washer. Find the clips with the tip of the knife or screwdriver, and apply pressure to release them.

Step 5
With the clips released, lift the top panel of the washer straight up. Slide the top panel back and out of your way while you complete repairs.

Step 6
Remove the top panel completely, if desired, by using a screwdriver to unscrew the screws that attach the top panel to the washer cabinet.

My whirlpool washer seems to be letting water back flow from the drain line.

sounds like the drain line is too low it needs to be higher than the water level when running a full can check this buy filling with water and stoping the cycle and see where the water stops draining im sure it will stop at the level of your drain line in the back of the washer. the drain line in the back of your washer should come out of the bottom of the washer and then go up to a drain pipe..if its lower than the full water level of the washer then gravity will take over and drain the water... i hope this helps

Ultimate care supreme leaks underneath

First check the hoses to the machine. If they leak the water follows the hoses and drips on floor. Also check the hose connection at the washer. They will leak inside. Next it may well be a water pump going out or the plastic hose that is under pressure when operating. The pump is in the middle of machine underneth - Sorry - Good luck

Refrigerator not cooling. freezer works fine.

Try taking the front cover off at the bottom and or the back of the fridge and try vaccuuming underneath.  Make sure you unplug in when you do this.  Then plug it back in and see if that solved the problem.  You have fins and coils underneath that if they get really dirty the fridge will not work properly.  Hope this helps

Water leaking from bottom of frigidare washer

You really don't have to take a panel off, depending on your washer model. All you would have to do, is flip the washer over on its side and check underneath.
