Dont know what these people are talking about.. but I have the same issue. Dropped it, now the charger wont stay in. I've taken mine apart, thinking I could fix it myself, only to find that the actual jack the charger plugs into has been broken off the circuit board. Not good. I'm pretty sure it's not fixable, thought I'm trying my best to find a way to replace the circuit board, as it's not very big. Email me if you've found a firstname.lastname@example.org
if your phone does not pair with your jawbone then you might want check you phone's bluetooth visibility which can stop your phone from syncing even if your bluetooth is turned on. You can find it in bluetooth setting
