You may need to clean out the trap below the dish rack in the bottom of the machine. Remove any debris that may be in the floor of the washer. For a Frigidaire, I know you push down and turn the trap clockwise until it releases; remove the trap by pulling up on the water jet; remove the glass trap and empty, then clean any debris below or around the trap; replace the glass trap, replace the water jet, turn counter-clockwise until it clicks; replace the dish rack. Be sure to use mild cleanser, such as dish soap or vinegar--no harsh chemicals as they will damage the machine. Good Luck!

The leaks are most likely on a flare nut joint, on a isolation valve on a split system, on U tubes on the condensor or evaporator, shrader valve on service ports, and may leave wet trace of oil stain.
A condensor should have the small copper line leaving the unit warm to touch, 110*F, if the condensor radiator is clogged from airflow the temperature will be higher and if the temperature is low as ambient, it may need refrigerant and gree air flow is not yet considered a problem
DURING Summer time you will find fridges run longer. When the last time you had the condensor cleaned. Pull the fridge our and remove rear cover at the base. Make sure your fridge is unplugged. Use a brush and vacuum to clean the lint. watch for condensor motor and clean between coils.
Hi, Check the temperature setting Assure that there is enough room for air flow in the freezer or freezer Check for air flow restrictions in vents Test the temperature control Clean the condensor coils Check the door seals Test the door switch Test defrost heater Test defrost timer Test evaporator fan Check for a clogged drain tube Check for refrigerant leak Freezer is too cold
Check the temperature setting Test the temperature control Freezer is noisy
Hissing and popping is normal, it is the defrost heater. Check that the freezer is level Check the drain pan Check the condensor fan Check the evaporator fan Inspect the compressor mounts Freezer runs continuously
Defrost the freezer Clean the condensor coils Check the door seals Freezer starts and stops frequently
Clean the condensor coils Check the outlet voltage Test the condensor fan Test the compressor relay Test the overload protector Test the compressor motor Freezer does not defrost automatically
Test the defrost timer Test the defrost heater Test the defrost thermostat Freezer has an unpleasant odor
Remove spoiled food Clean freezer interior with a solution of h Clean freezer interior with a solution of hot water and baking soda Clean the door seals Remove breaker strips and check for wet insulation Water on floor outside of freezer

Check for a clogged drain tube If you have an ice-maker, check freezer and ice-maker for level
The first step would be to clean the condensor coils to remove the dirt accumulation which decreases their efficiency. Also, check to make sure the condensor fan is operating properly. This pulls room air over the condensor coils and cools the refrigerant.

I usually don't exceed 25 feet. If it is a straight up install, that is, the remote is on a roof, you may have to install traps to ensure proper oil return to the compressor, Otherwise, it will lockup on ya.
Sounds like a cold control. It is located behind the panel and can be ohmed out to check for proper operation. You need to remove the light shield then after the shelves have been taken out remove the two screws that hold the fan shroud in place. This will allow back panel to come for so you can check the cold control. It should read as a short in all positions except off when the cap tubes have come to ambient temp. If you get the back off and see ice on only a small portion of the evaporator you have a sealed system problem and need a qualified technician.
Hi Helenw,
The error message E20, simply means the filter plastic cage which is located behind the trap door bottom right side of the machine is full and needs to be cleaned out.
All the fibres and lint gets trapped in here and prevents the waste water from escaping, hence Error code E20.
