No you don't! In the search box type Restore Point. Choose a date before the problem. Let Windows recover, download an antivirus program, like Norton and there you go.

I have a virus on my tablet from AT&T and LG 7 inch Gpad and it won't open up and work properly it says I have to pay a fine of $300 to a Paypal or a what Green Dot card how do I can go around that and fix...

Connect the tablet to a computer with antivirus software. Make the device function as a mass storage, then have the antivirus software on the pc scan the storage device aka your tablet. I recomend Comodo or Kaspersky antivirus in this case. Hopefully you can find the virus that way, otherwise I would wipe the entire thing and restore to factory settings.

I want a free software

Hey there,

There is tons of freeware software on the internet. You could, for instance, start looking on websites such as download.com or tucows.com. Just make sure your search is limited to freeware software because you might have to start paying for shareware after a while.

Good luck!

I am using tp link td-w8901g router.my internet speed is of 384 kbps for which i have to be able to download at maximum 48 kbps. when i use internet normally, i am having slow browsing. the download speed...

If you are paying for a downlink speed of 384 Kbps you should be getting at lease around 300. First bypass your router - connect your cable/DSL ethernet line directly from the modem to your PC. Go to http://www.auditmypc.com/internet-speed-test.asp run the speed test and see what your download speed is.

If it's less than 300 call your service provider & ask them to check out your line. If they say that you are getting 300 Kbps or more, you have a problem with the ethernet card in your PC. Replace it.

Of course, if your speed is OK when you bypass the router, you have a router problem. Contact the manufacturer or replace it.

Will not connect to internet, wireless or cable,

For $200, they probably will be:
(1) backing-up all your data files;
(2) using the CD-ROMs that came with your computer, reinstalling Windows
(3) applying all the Windows Update and Microsoft Update security-updates
(4) reloading free software (Adobe Flash, Adobe Reader)
(5) installing some anti-virus software
(6) restoring your data from a backup

So, pay the $200, or do it yourself.

Did a pc resolve on my desktop now no internet connection, cept on wireless not on desktop..says unsecured?

You may have forgot your network key (encryption key) but do you have your password for your router? if so you can use a wired connection to login and create a new encryption key. If you cant login to your router you will have to set it back to default and reprogram it
