How do you calibrate a york treadmill?

yes you must read the instruction manual for software calibration.
or open the hood motor, and read the instruction attached.
or you must call to York supply for customer service and ask them where is located in case that you will not find them.

God bless you

I change the oil pump, the timming chain, the tensioner, the oil, the filter, the oil pressure switch and i still have low pressure

Check the oil pressure with a mechanical gauge. This will give you a true pressure reading and eliminate the possibilty of the switch & electrical gauge being out of calibration. If indeed you still have low oil pressure, then excessive bearing wear is likely the problem. Did you notice much sludge in the engine when you replaced the chain & pump?
I hope this helps.

My dept finder reads gives me the wrong depth. Is there a way to calibrate this. I doint know the modle off hand. It is the one that gives you two side views and stright dowm. It has the temp. and speed.

If your depth is off because of where your transducer is located, calibration can be done through the menu by adding or subtracting a foot or two.  In your never to be read manual are all the instructions necessary.  If you are off by more than a foot or 2, chances are your transducer is bad. should allow you to download the manual for free and even step you through some troubleshooting.

Not sure about tire pressure 40 pmi--what should read on topeak gauge pump

It's "PSI". Disregard the gauge as it is hardly a calibrated precision device. Ballpark is about as good as it gets.

My BW 325S pumps up to 245 it never done this before. gives me real high reading different then the doc.

The unit may need to be re-calibrated. In which case, you need to return it to the manufacturer. Most will do it for little or no charge, as long as you have your Proof of Purchase.

How do I calibrate my compass in the eTrex Venture HC. The book says to go to the tje menue and then press calibration. My GPS does not give me this option.

I will be happy to help you with this. Unfortunnately, the Etrex Venture does not have an Electronic Compass, therefore you cannot calibrate it. What this means is that this unit will show the correct direction of travel as long as you are moving. The unit takes satellite reading every 1 seconds and compares it's location with the last location. This way it can read the direction of travel. It will not give correct readings unless you are moving.
I hope this helps.

Color isn't true

You'll need to calibrate your screen and your printer - calibration is required for every set of paper and ink you use. It's quite a science and an art. I suggest you google "colour space" "printer calibration" "gamut" etc and read up on it. Alternatively you could spend a few hundred quid on a printer calibration tool, either the Colormunki or the Spyder print studio.

It still won't match perfectly, as the way color is created on a screen differs hugely for to how it is produced on paper.

Start with a properly calibrated screen first though (my money is on the Spyder elite screen calibrator and spyder print calibrator)

I'm a pro photographer and I print my own photos - full system calibration is the only way.
