if it is a h4 headlight it could be that the wires are mixed up, it could be that while on high beam they are fine but when on low beam that the low beam part of the bulb has blown and tour left headlight is just being lit by a sidelight bulb, best off just to get two new headlight bulbs fitted first as it could just be a blown bulb and the cheapest fix is the best!
On the lower right side on the back there is an access panel for bulb replacement I think it is four screws. Remove to check and see if bulb is blown, the tv runsa a self check and if the bulb is blown it will seem to be not working at all. I have the same unit and it fixed mine. You can find replacement bulbs online and i suggest a longer life one. RCA will charge you about $500.00 for a bulb you can get online for $200.00
Just open the top cover and find the location of the bulb , it may be
in the right side near the control panel. Remove the bulb and get a
similar bulb with the same rating from any electrical shop and fix it
