LG air conditioner water full LP1111WXR

There's a plug on the back of the unit. It's located in the center at the very bottom down near the a/c power cord. Take your unit outside or somewhere that the water can spill out. Remove the cap and pull the black rubber plug out. Let the water drain and replace the plug and cap.

I have a gold star dh30 I think plugged it in fan works ok but I think when the compresser tries to start it draws down in power .I took the cover off and plugged it in I seen it spark at a little relay...

Because of the risk of fire from what you have described, you need to contact LG Customer Support
at (800) 243-0000. Also, if your unit is still under warranty, the parts and repairs will be covered.

I bought a model 365 remington dehumidifier. I plugged it in and nothing lights up. I have it plugged in for the past 8 to 10m hous and still nothing. Should i be seeing the blue light up ?

Two things that you need to check: Make sure that the outlet the dehumidifier is plugged int, is in fact working. The circuit breaker for that outlet may be tripped or there may be a loose or damaged wire connection to the one of the outlet's terminals. I assume you are turning the Master ON/OFF Switch to ON of the dehumidifier, after you plugged the unit in and set the humidity extraction level below 40%?

Demudifier worked great, all a sudden it just stopped. No power. Now it won't start up. What should I try?

First, check the outlet that it's plugged into, to make sure that there's still power to the outlet. If there isn't, then the circuit breaker for that outlet has been tripped, in your home's circuit breaker panel. Leave the dehumidifier unplugged and reset the circuit breaker. If it trips again, without the dehumidifier unplugged, then the outlet is at fault. Perhaps there's a loose wire connection or the interior of the outlet is cracked.

If it didn't trip without the dehumidifier plugged in, plug the unit it in,. But, before you do, make sure the dehumidifier's Master ON/OFF Switch is OFF. Once it's plugged in, turn the Master ON/OFF Switch to ON and set your controls. If it runs now, GREAT! If it trips the circuit breaker again, there's either a short in the power cord or an internal electrical short. Which will require extensive troubleshooting to find.

Hope this helps you solve the problem. Please let me know. Thanks.

My dehumidifier seems to work fine than after about 5 mins. the fan slows down and there is an electrical draw of power for only about 2 secs.then the fan picks up speed till it gets to normal running...

Very interesting. Try plugging the unit into another outlet. One that's not on that same circuit. It may be, that there's another power draw on the circuit, the unit is currently plugged into.

Please let me know what happens. Thanks.
