Question about Dometic Rooftop RV Air Conditioner
There are a large number of different A/C units so without knowing a brand/model it is impossible to give exact amperage, but for a 2-ton unit it may be around 15-20 amps @ 220 volts. if the compressor is wearing out it could be somewhat higher, up to the compressor's thermal protection point or if a circuit breaker trips. theoretically that could be 30 amps or more.
