SOURCE: connection to TV by HDMI cable

The 625 is not a high definition receiver and therefore does not support hdmi. You can use RGB or S-video to provide a higher quality picture than the coax output. If you need more options let me know. Thanks for using Fix Ya.

This is not a problem of any sort... for some reason the TV is defult to 'Zoom 2'

SOURCE: I'm using receiver AVR 2309 and now I would like to connect my cable TV set top box which has HDMI port with this receiver. Which HDMI port (DVD/HDP/VCR or V.AUX) on this receiver should I connect

The DVD/HDP/VCR port will give you the high definition sound properties. If not then connect the set top to your receiver via RCA cables... red/white/yellow

How do I tune a DV3 set top box to my TV

The best way would be to connect your DV3 using an AV cable that way you don't have to tune your TV. If your TV has an AV input at the back ( Yellow / Red / White ) all you need is a AV cable and connect the DV3 to the TV using this cable and select AV1 or AV2 according to which socket you have connected. This way you bypass the TV tuner and get better picture and sound form your cable service.

PS 3Not connecting to HDMI

Connect the PS3 using another cable then go into the menu setup and make sure that the resolution is set to a level your tv can handle. Start with 480p and go up from there. I would imagine BUSH (never heard of it) isn't the highest quality tv so you have to make sure it can handle the signal. Start with that.
