Question about John Deere 42 in. EZ Trak Bagger
No fire to plug died imediate restarted once after rengauge of blade then died.
YOU MAY NEED A NEW SEAT SWITCH OR THE PARK BRAKE SWITCH IS EITHER ENGAGED OR IT IS DEFCTIVE.

Make sure your electronic ignition (modular, coil, or whatever you want to call it) is not the problem. Check this by replacing old plug with new (I'm sure you already did this), but before putting the new plug in connect it at the top to the ele ign wire, then lay it on the machine or any piece of metal, (screw driver will do) then try to start the engine. Watch to see if you have fire between the spark plug and the metal. If not it is the ele ign that isn't any good and must be replaced.
