Sec. 1. Short title. This Act shall be known and may be cited as the Illinois Manufactured Home Installers Act.

Sec. 5. Legislative findings. The Illinois General Assembly finds that manufactured homes are a viable housing resource for many citizens in Illinois. The General Assembly also finds that improperly installed manufactured homes can impair the public health and safety. Therefore, it is in the public interest that manufactured homes are properly installed by responsible and qualified individuals.

Sec. 10. Guidelines for manufactured home installers.Within one year after the effective date of this Act, the Illinois Department of Public Health shall work with all interested parties to publish guidelines for persons who install manufactured homes in this State. These guidelines may include in whole or in part any national guidelines or standards for persons who install manufactured homes.

Sec. 15. Accredited manufactured homes installer courses.Within one year after the effective date of this Act, the Illinois Department of Public Health shall work with all interested parties to propose rules for the accreditation of courses for persons installing manufactured homes in Illinois. The courses shall provide instruction on how to install a manufactured home to the specifications of the manufacturer, review the installer guidelines, and test the written and practical installation skills of the individual installer.

Sec. 20. Notice to buyers. A person selling a manufactured home one year after the effective date of this Act shall encourage the buyer of that home to use an installer who has successfully completed a manufactured home installer course accredited by the Illinois Department of Public Health. The seller shall also inform the buyer that failure to properly install the home may invalidate any implied or expressed warranties concerning the home.

This link is for a 97 Camaro. I'm not sure, but I think the info will apply to 96.

1994-96 Models
(see Figure)

1. Use quick disconnect tool T85T-18539-AH to disengage the water hoses from the core, then plug the hoses.
2. Remove the lower left-hand trim panel by unsnapping it.
3. Loosen the core cover screws from both sides of the case.
4. Remove the core and seal.

To install:

1. Install the seal and core.
2. Install the cover and tighten the retainers.
3. Install lower trim panel.
4. Connect the hoses and fill the cooling system.
5. Fill the cooling system. Disconnect the heater outlet hose at the water pump until coolant begins to escape and this will bleed the system.

1. Remove the turbocharger assembly.
2. Remove the fuel line banjo bolt at the pump.
3. Remove the fuel line fittings at the rear of the cylinder heads.
4. Remove the fuel lines assembly.
5. Loosen the two hose clamps at the fuel pump fittings.
6. Disconnect the water drain hose at the fuel filter.
7. Disconnect the filter and position it forward.
8. Remove the fuel pump retaining bolts, then lift the pump out of the crankcase bore.
9. Remove the fuel pump tappet from the crankcase bore.

To install:

1. Rotate the engine so the fuel pump eccentric is on the base circle.
2. Install the fuel pump tappet in the base of the fuel pump.
3. Replace the O-ring on the fuel pump base.
4. Install the fuel pump and bolt it in place.
5. Install the fuel filter and connect the water drain hose.
6. Connect the two fuel hoses at the front of the fuel pump.
7. Tighten the fuel line clamps and install the fuel filter retaining bolts.
8. Install the fuel line assembly and new seal rings at the rear of the pump.
9. Loosely install the fuel line fittings at the rear of the cylinder heads.
10. Install the fuel line banjo fitting at the pump. Tighten the fitting to 40 ft. lbs. (54 Nm).
11. Tighten the fuel line fittings.
12. Install the turbocharger assembly.

I am not the most mechanical guy and i did it with out much problem. You can get the fans at alot of car parts houses. i just layed under neith the front bumper and there were only a couple of screws and a connector to plug back in.

The installation will get stalled at 96% , because due to 3rd party service running, will not allow to install HP printer driver.To resolved this follow below steps

1.Disconnect the Printer and uninstall the software.
2.Reboot the PC.
3.Click start, then in "start search" box type "msconfig"(without quotes).Click OK.
4.In System Configuration Utility, Under GENERAL tab, click on SELECTIVE STARTUP, Uncheck "Load System Services" and "Load Startup Items".Click on Apply
5.Then Click on SERVICES tab, at the bottom Check "Hide all Microsoft Services" and then click "Disable all".
6.Click apply and OK. Reboot the PC.
7.Now install the software.
