Question about Toshiba 32C120U
It says no video signal, the cable works i tried it on another tv, and still says no signal, tried HDMI 1 and HDMI 2 and still nothing
What are you connecting to the HDMI connections on the television? You may need to turn it on if you are using a computer.

Try another tv to this bales,
than try another cables with this your tv ,this way you got problem & find out solution on which you can spend time for ,
than try some channels to sets up your tv configuration,

If the tv does all those symptoms but after some seconds the tv works and stays doing the job. THen the tv has a slow microprocessor to recognice the different resolutions or video inputs.
But if the tv cannot do anything and stay aout of signal forever. send the tv to the waranty. (no waranty? you have to use the component input instead to have digital signal reproduced

SOURCE: Help HDMI Splitter Doesn't Work!
The HDMI splitter is intended to take one source to two displays. You need an HDMI switch to take two sources to one display, a device you can tell which input to select.

Try changing the input device to something you are sure, works such as a DVD player. Look for loose contacts of jacks, sockets and cables.
Switch off TV manually, switch off power, remove plug and retry after 48 hours.
If problem persists, please refer it to a qualified service technician.
