Question about Pioneer PDP-5010FD 50 in. Plasma HDTV
I can't change to another channel, either with remote or side of tv. No other channels comes up no matter what I do.
Just unplug the TV from AC mains wall socket, and re-plug it back after 15 minutes or so. By this way, you can make it a hard reset. Check it after. If this too do not help you, contact any service technician. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Viewing it in "Mosaic" will make surf easy.

SOURCE: TV will not change channels
Hello - I can't diagnose your problem from the info given. But what you described is a problem with the tuner, or some other switching problem.
It does not indicate there is anything wrong with your plasma panel.

We would be happy to help get that fixed right away. The first thing we want to ensure is that all connected equipment is on. We want to then check what type of cable was used to connect the TV to the receiver. If you are using a Coax Cable to connect the receiver to TV1, check the receiver's back panel for the output name. If your receiver has a "TV CH 3/4 out": Tune TV to channel 3 or channel 4, back if it is labeled "Home Distribution": Tune TV to channel 62 or 75. If using non-Coax (RCA, Component, or HDMI) to connect receiver to TV1, cycle through the inputs until picture appears; Most TVs have a "TV/Video", "Input", or "Source" button. If we are still not getting a picture then unplug receiver for 10 seconds then plug it back in, this will reset the receiver, then try cycling the inputs again.
We hope these steps resolve the issue. We want to thank you for being a valued DISH Network customer!
