My dell mini 10 always hang

Mini computers come with 1GB RAM so the system will be slow..
If it freezes very often then try to run a disgnostics on the system.. U can do it by turning on the computer tap F12 - under advanced boot options select diagnostics and run a complete test.. If you get any error codes then contact dell to fix the issue.. If you dont get any error codes then try to clean the computer by doing disk clean up... If it still hangs then do a complete reinstall....

Freezes up going into windows at start up

Chances are you have a faulty hard disk. This is especially probable if the computer was very slow prior to the problem, or if the computer will intermittently boot.

To confirm this, run dell diagnostics by repeatedly tapping F12 as soon as you turn on the computer, and selecting diagnostics from the menu that shows up.

If this utility does not confirm the problem, the easiest thing to do would be to restore the computer to factory settings using your operating system and drivers CDs.

Hi My Laptop is very slow in booting and

Try to run a diagnostic on the hardrive and memory. Dell has a built in diagnostic. to run the built in diagnotic, make sure the laptop is turned off. Hold Fn, then press power button. you will see the diagnostic screen. after running the diagnostic and you didn't see any errors, try to reinstall the Operating System. try to isolate the problem first before replacing the parts. if reinstalling the OS still makes the computer slow, better call Dell tech support.

Insperon 1501 freezes

This can be caused by hardware or software. Eliminate the hardware by running a diagnostic check. To do this, hold down the <FN> key and push the power button. If hardware checks out, you probably have a software, virius or spyware issue.
