I sugest you take this set to a small tv repair shop as these parts can be hard to get if you are confident in repairng it yourself you might find that it is just the starter that has gone these can be replaced but are best left to a trades men if you do want do do it yourself remember you need the right tools you need onr to undo the solder holding the starter in and you will need a fine soldering iron for soldering the new one back but remember the set is still live for 24 to 36 hours after it has been unplugged from the mains this is ttricky to replace and it shouldnt cost much more on top of the price of the part for someoe else to do it at least if they do it and get it wrong they will have to put it right for you just remember to get the price first before they do the work else they will start addind prices on top i had a similar telly with the same problem and it cost me 35 puond to get it fixed this was a lot cheaper than buying a new set so take it to repair shop and they will get you the part and if needed fit it for you but it probably is the starter if its the screen you will be better of buying new telly hope this is some help but you can deffinately buy the parts might have to order them though could take few day.................
