I don't know what your perception of proper focusing is.
If there is enough light and enough contrast in the subject you want sharp (in focus) on your picture, you only have to point the camera to the point you want in focus on. Then you press the shutter release button half and wait till the camera is in focus. This is indicated by the focus point on top of the screen. as long as you keep the button half way down, you can move the camera and the focus will not be changed. So you can make changes to the composition. Then when you press the button down complete the picture should be sharp, where you focused on.
Don't try to make a picture, by pressing the button complete. as quick as you can, because the camera won't react as fast as a DSRL.

Is there any Option for solving not working Flask of Nikon L120, Many times I have looking for others opinion. Even reset to Default setting also but not working.

There is a button to release the flash and that makes it pop up. I think in a full Auto (I do not use any camera this way) if it is too dark it should pop the flash up. If you can set the MODE to 'P' you control the flash... not the camera. The Little pop up button is in front on the Left side if you were holding it to take a photo.

What is the flashing red light?

The only thing I can find, if the AF is blinking red.
It has to do with the focus. The manuals says:

Nikon L120 shutter release button has to be depressed very hard to work

There is a known design issue with the shutter release switch on the L120. They start to fail after about 1500 shots have been taken. The cause apparently is oxide build-up between the contacts, even though the switch is a sealed unit.
The \'half cock\' works fine, but the shutter release requires considerable pressure to take the shot. It gradually gets worse until it eventually stops working altogether.
There is presently no known solution since the switch is a sealed unit, and is soldered to the internal circuits of the camera. A spare switch is not available on its own- so the entire internal electronics need to be changed.
The replacement part will also fail after the same number of shots have been taken (if you are unlucky), since the same component is still in use.
Solution is to get a new camera. Sad, but true since it is not cost effective to repair.

AF 20mm f:2.8 D don't autofocus accurately. It focuses always behind the focus point.
Make sure that your dof is in the right range for your chosen f value and that your focus settings are set correctly in your camera.....some of the older nikon lenses do not have proper data and will not focus properly on any camera and must be focused manually. That being said 20mm is fairly wide and it is not overly complicated to manually focus

Will the Quanta 28-200 for the Nikon n75 work on the Nikon D5000?

Yes and no. I assume the lens is of more or less the same vintage as the N75? If so, the lens will fit onto the D5000. All of the camera's exposure and metering modes will work properly. However the lens lacks an interal focus motor and thus will not autofocus on the D5000. You can focus manually, and the green focus indicator in the viewfinder will continue to work.

I'd like to purchase a micro lens for my Nikon camera. My question is: Does the Phoenix AF 100mm f/3 5 Macro Telephoto Lens used with Nikon D 90''

If the Phoenix lens is autofocus (AF) in Nikon mount, it will work with the D90. You may find that you want to switch to manual focus when you are using it for macro shots for better control of focus. It will still set exposure properly when set to manual focus.
