It could be from some third-party software that is not compatible with your phone. Reset the phone to factory status

Won t turn on

Have you held the button in for ten seconds? Are you pushing it in correctly? Did you charge it? If the battery goes down it will not come on. Plug in the charger for awhile then try turning it on. If you spilled something on it you might have a problem. So many things we dont know. Try the charger first.

Hi,
You did a good job in isolating the problem. It does seem that your Power charger port is the culprit. I had the same problem with my unit. What I initially did was I applied slight pressure using my finger pushing the adapter plug in the direction of the start button. Apparently, there was a slight gap between connector inside the PSP charger port and the outside part of the adapter plug. Eventually, I added a small layer of solder to one side of the upper part of the charger plug ( near the top part which is colored yellow ). Dont put too much solder, doing so will cause the adapter plug to not fit inside the port. That fixed the problem for me. !!!As a reminder, please do this if you are experienced in using soldering tools !!!!
If your unit is still under warranty, I suggest you let the Sony Technicians fix it for you.
I hope everything works out. All the best to you.

Does it show a picture of a satnav connected to a computer when plugged into the car charger? Sometimes this happens because the charger plug is not fully pushed into the back of the satnav even though it feels like it is. Pushing it in further may solve the problem.

I dont no how to turn my camera on and dont no if it needs batteries or has to be charged and cannot find charger.

Push the button on top of the camera to the left of the dial, once your camera comes on, push the menu button, and hold down the larger button on the top right to take a picture. You might want to set the dial on top to the A (auto mode) as this works best. to turn the camera of, hold down the button on the top left. Hope this helps
