Question about Electrolux EW23BC71I (226 cu ft) Refrigerator

1 Answer

Our icemaker drawer was stuck and when we finally got it out a piece had fallen out from above and we can't figure out where it goes. It's about 3" long by 1.25 " wide and made of packing material wit

Trying to find a place to fit or snap it in above the ice drawer. There are 2 small tabs on the plastic backing that would snap in somewhere and hold it in place.

It should "snap" into the twist tray mold. The white thermistor should be placed below it. A plastic cable tie can be used to hold it in location better. Please unplug the refrigerator while you place it back in position

Lg icemaker stuck

You have an overflow of ice building up in the reservoir. Turn off the maker and use the contents until 3/4 are used up. Turn on again and stop when near full. Check to see if the LEVEL of the refrigerator is correct. The BOX may be tilted forward and an adjustment made.

We have a dell 1710 printer and it is continously jamming , it seems to be sticking when it is feeding from the bottom drawer, and when you pull out the drawer the paper is getting stuck in the drawer...

Solution migh be is to check whether there are paper pieces stuck in between rolls. Also you migh try to apply some grease in to rolling conjuction. Prior doing above just try to roll it by hand whether it rolls freely

Kenmore Elite bottom freezer drawer won't shut

Has something fallen behind the drawer, and is preventing it from sliding back all the way? Remove the drawer by pulling it all the way out and lift it up and out. Look for anything that has fallen back there.

Icemaker makes tons of ice and it spills all over the floor

The icemaker should have a thin metal arm that turns it off when the arm is raised, and on when the arm is lowered. This is so when the tub of ice gets full, the cubes push the arm up, and the icemaker is turned off to keep from making excess ice.

When I had the overflowing ice, I checked my icemaker and found that the arm had fallen off (and thus the icemaker won't know when to stop making ice). I found the arm and stuck it back on, and all was well. It may be a bit tricky, and it might take some ingenuity to keep the arm from falling back off.

I hope this helps!

Sliding drawer in the top refrigerator section

hi i have the 700tc as well,,ok the best way to place the drawer,,,extend the 2 sliders all the way out,,there is one pin at the end of each slider and 1 hole on each side of the drawer lip which lays on the track ,,,the holes on the drawer must fall into the pins otherwise it will not close,,,so place the drawer on top of the slider ,,,what usually happens is the sliders tend to roll back into the housing of the fridge,,,so while the drawer is resting on the sliders reach under the lip of the drawer and pull each slider until the the holes of the drawer falls into the pins,,,when the drawer is seated in the pins it will close smooth,,,hope this helps

Sounds like pieces of the detergent drawer might have cracked and fallen off. Check the drawer and see if you need to replace it.

Pull the oven out and see if you can get to the pans from behind.  May have to lift up on the back of the oven to get out fallen pans.
