a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: Please i help your help. I
As soon as you power up your system, repeatedly tap F8 until another screen pops up. Select safe mode or safe mode with networking.
Choose guest once booted.
click start and then control panel.
Then user accounts .
Then add or remove user accounts
Then create new account.
Once account set up, set as administrator.
Reboot your system and start as normal.
Choose the user you created and log in with that.
You can then delete the other administrator account you mentioned.
Hope this helps and please rate thanks

Tips for a great answer:
Feb 24, 2016 | Dell Inspiron 17r N7110 I7 8gb Ddr3 750gb...
Each Dell Inspiron has a master password that clears the BIOS password. Call Dell Technical Support at (800)624-9896 to get this number.
Dell Technical Support will request the Service Tag and Express Service Code from the bottom of the Inspiron.
If the current user is not the original Inspiron owner, Dell will transfer the used Inspiron's registration from the original owner with only the Service Tag and Express Service Code from the tag on the laptop.
To transfer a used Dell Inspiron's registration, fill out the Transfer of Ownership form on Dell's web site. See... http://www.tech-faq.com/reset-dell-bios-password.html
