My sim card & phone contacts deleted by restore the cell phone now i want it back please tell me if it is possible. my lot of contacts will be lost and msgs please help
Hey, try going to settings>accounts and syncs>google>click on your email>click on contacts.wait for your phone to sync with your google account that you have used before the restore...Note:you should be connected to the internet.if you did manage to restore them, i advise to make a backup of your contacts on your sd.i hope this helps :) sorry i made a comment!

If you did delete your contacts from both the sim card and the phone without a backup your only hope in getting them back is if your sevice provider provides a address book backup. If not then there lost for good.
I know how you feel I did the samething. My solution for the next time was to import them to microsoft office. That way I had them on my computer and could always reload an up date them.

On SD cards it's possible.. The success rate depends on type of memory in question & the way that the program/utility deleted it. If it's NOT on a memory card your chances become almost null. But really depends on the phone... for the average user it's really not possible or easy.Unless it's a OS phone with a trash bin. On phones that run OSes their might be utilities depending on make/model that might be easy but a full recovery of files is slim if it's been fully deleted and activity has occurred on memory since it was deleted. I can't give a clear answer with out the knowing the phone make/model and firmware/OS it's running.
