Frother overflows even though I add correct amount of milk, or even less than called for

There are two milk amount markings in the Aeroccino - one (less) for use with the wire whisk attached, and one (more) for use when the wire whisk is detached. I had the same problem when I first used the Aeroccino, but with the correct amount of milk you shouldn't have the problem.
I hope this helps, Carole.

Where can I read the user manual for a Realistic Model 231x tape head demagnetizer?

The manuals don't have many things to tell. Just move the magnetiser to the head you want to demagnetise. Touch it once and then slowly move the demagnetiser away from the head. If it is far enough (more than 30 centimetre or one foot away, you can switch the demagnetiser of. that is all. Some demagnetisers work on AC, others do have a battery and make the changing magnetic field inside. I could not find the 231X, but to check if it makes a changing magnetic field you could hold it to something made of steel or iron when switching it on. You should feel some vibration. Could be 50 Hz or the ones with batteries have a higher frequency, but could be noticed.
Don't expect wonders from the demagnetiser. With the older tape heads, sound could improve after demagnetising the head, but the later models never kept remnant magnetism.

Nepresso aeroccino doesn't spin fast enough to froth the milk

The company will tell you to turn upside down for 24 hours to reset. I did this but it did not work. Try turning upside for aeroccino upside down for 24 hr. You do not need to do this to the base. They told me if this does not work, I need to buy a new one. I hope you have better luck. I am on my third one. you may be covered under warranty- call Nepresso soon..they cover them for about 1 year. Good luck

I have an Nespresso Aeroccino that will not make froth

Sorry, but it looks as though you have the classic Aeroccino-problem. Nespresso states that leaving the Aeroccino on its base while it is plugged-in to the wall, will cause it to short-circuit (because there is no off-switch on the base, it is continually feeding full power to the frother), and the result is that it makes only warm milk. Replacement is the only solution...I hope you are still under warranty.
