How to clear history in adress bar

When you type Web addresses into your address bar, your computer stores a copy of them in your history. When you position your cursor within your address bar and press the down arrow key, you can see your previously visited Web pages. If you share your computer with other people, then you might not want your website history to be visible in your address bar. Luckily, you can delete website history from your address bar.

In Internet Explorer 7 Click "Tools." Click "Internet Options." Click the "General" tab. Click "Delete" next to "Browsing History." Click "Delete History" next to "Address Bar History." Click "Yes."
