the part usually runs from 30 to 70 dollars just for the injector. labor differs from place to place with the average being about 100 bucks an hour

to relieve pressure, there may be a purge valve somewhere on the injector rail, or if not, simply loosen one of the injectors slowly until pressure bleeds off of the system. then replace the o-rings carefully so as not to tear them.

Yes it is in the fuel tank. You either have to remove the fuel tank or take off (raise) the bed to get to it. Many people tell me it is just as easy to raise the bed up as it is to drop the fuel tank out of it, especially if the tank has very much gas in it.
