Question about Toshiba Portege 4005 (PP400U-002G2JB_1) PC Notebook
These keys are on the same column to the right of the keyboard, so it may be a num lock issue. Try toggling num lock on your keyboard to see if there is any difference. You can do this, usually, by holding the Fn key and pressing another key with the num lock label at the same time. The only other two things i can think of are dirt underneath this particular column of keys, or a fault in the keyboard itself (which usually warrants replacement)
