Check the vertical synchronisation section. Either the set lose vertical synchronisation signals, or the vertical oscillator is oscillating out of frequency. The work is a skilled one, and you must have through knoledge in electronics to follow.
this may not mean much, so look really hard at the instruction manual but If the audiostream was recorded at 48,000Hz, change it to 44,100Hz...
but if that way over your head try this easy way:
in the menu look to find image quality and audio quality, when you are here either do as i have asked above or change your visual settings from high to normal, also if you have any of those menu items up on the lcd when you are taking the clip get rip of hem, as in my experience they slow down the processing power of the IC and these IC are made to process pixels not sound, so eventually after 40frames there is an overlap.

that somtimes happens if you want it to synch press the synch button on the wii and the balance board for about 5-10 secs then once there synched press (A) on the wii controller and theat should do it thats how i got mine to work Hope this helped :)
