SOURCE: i have an older vulcan
The adjustments that are made on your broiler amount to replacing the orifices and the valves for the pilots. All you will need to do is find the parts for your model that are made for propane and take the old off and put the new on. You must be sure your gas is off and that you test for leaks at the places where you put the new parts on. DO NOT TEST WITH A MATCH. Test with soap suds. :>)))
Here is a website that has parts for these types of adjustments: http://www.tmeinc.biz/xvulcan.htm
If they don't have the things you need, contact them and I'm sure they will be able to steer you in the right direction. Good Luck.
I hope this helps. If it does, I'd appreciate a 4 thumbs up. Thanks,
