headset not syn'd with base, replace headset in base and remove power from base
count to 10 re-power base allow set up to complete, green lights across base and blue battery light on ear piece, allow to charge if less than two green lights on base.
if this still does not work slide ear piece apart count to 3 and silde back together again replace in base and allow to light up again, it will now work
If it is under warranty (1 year) Plantronics will replace the headset
and charging base case for you. Package up both the headset
and the charging case and include your return address, phone number and a
copy of your receipt and send to:

This is a plug-n-play headset, so no special software is necessary for it
to work properly. You want to make sure the leads are plugged into the
right jacks on the computer and that the jacks are live.
