What phone do you have?
On most phones there are buttons on the side to adjust volume.
There are also options for volume in your device's settings, under sound.
If it is hard to hear someone during a call you can turn on speaker mode which will make the sound a lot louder.
Have two Bose docking stations and the oldest (white) one have some problems now. When I put in one of my iPods in the docking, the speakers make some weird, creaky noises. Kind of a sound, when I'm looking for a channel on the radio. When I wiggle a little bit the connector from the docking station, it will play some music for a short time. Still it is not the same quality sound, it used to be. Also, some times the sound is too loud and when I touch ONE time the volume minus (-) button, you can hardly hear the music, it is too soft. Hope somebody can solve this problem.
Some laptops just have terrible speakers. My Acer's speakers are so bad that you can hardly hear them over the sound of the DVD drive spinning. I recommend investing a few bucks in a small external speaker. I personally use this speaker from Staples. Can be turned up very loud, small enough to throw into your pocket or computer, and very good sound quality.
You need to install a heavier gauge wire to your amp and a capacitor.
It works fine at low volumes because there is enough wattage from the
battery to power the bass output of the amp but at higher volumes the
amp does not have enough power.
Heavier gauge wire supplies more poer, and a capacitor stores a reserve
of wattage for the amp to use so that it does not run out while
blasting your tunes.
