How i have to put the piston lube in titan impact 400?

There is a small opening on the front of the mechine has a little lip put 5 or 6 drops in.
Titan mechines don't have poly and leather packings its plastic and reopream O rings so it dosn't need as much throught oil as say a Graco mechine .
But I do like to run a little marvails mistery oil through after cleaning the mechine espeiclly if you are going to store for a while .
You see I use my mechines all of the time .And the biggest problem is people don't clean them correctly .It takes 1/2 an hour to clean any spray pump up and thats with latex oil paint take much longer .
Never under estmaite thats good enough because its not .

You have old paint that is plugging the pick-up line. you need to clean your sprayer very well each time you use it. I hope this helps you out some.

It was probably from Home Depot, was it a refurbished unit as Home Depot will just do a basic flush and lube the fittings/seals..try getting a repack kit from them.

Spray gun wont stop spray when trigger is released

There is an adjustment nut on the back of the neddle but most likely is it wasn't cleaner the last time it was used. Take off the tip houseing then re move the nut on the front of the gun thats the seat for the carbide ball on the front of the neddle re move the neddle and clean all parts in laquor thinner then it should work

Gun will not stop spray when trigger is released

Fluid tip worn, pressure too high or the ball has come off.

Try EXITFLEX in Bournemouth, always found them very helpful, but that was a while ago!

Have Akai GX 630 D Reel2Reel, left channel sounds dull.

THis problem could be due to heads not being clean, CLEAN, or tape head alignment needs checking. test playback with a tape you KNOW to play well on another machine...demagnetizing can also improve play and record performance. A damaged tape guide post could also be the problem but this is not likely. Lift up the hinged head cover and using a flashlight and a mirror ensure that all three heads are CLEAN and shiny...clean guide posts too. test play with a tape known to be good.

GX 08 spray gun problem

drain your system of pressure. remove your air cap and nozzle from the gun. slowly increase fluid pressure till it comes out of gun. this will clean out debri from gun. reduce pressure so you don't wast anymore fluid.
clean nozzle properly / completely
clean aircap. properly / completely
inspect needle tip for abnormal wear.
if cleaned properly you will find your gun works much better.
