Browseris saying security warning there are problem with the security certificate I for this site also it said the name of the site doesn't match the name on the certificate please help me thanks

First run your virus scan on full setting.
the site might be corrupted but start with your system first.
then try the site if you get crazy message don't go there.
not sure what site you are looking to go to but avoid sites that let certificate lapse.

I am try to get the download and driver but it can't find my S/n number

For a driver you don't need a serial number. Most of the time you even don't need to download anything.
The drivers, made for older windows versions, won't work on a Windows 7 or Windows 8. Not even in compatibility mode. Microsoft needed to make Windows more secure, so only allows drivers in there modern operating systems when they have a Microsoft certificate. For a certificate the manufactures must use Microsoft protocols, ask Microsoft for certification, and pay for the tests Microsoft does, to check the software is working correct. So no manufacturer will ask for certification of drivers for hardware they no longer sell.
Long story, but unless you can write your driver yourself, or you can find an universal device driver (not sure something like that exists) you won't be able to use the device.
I saw some dodgy sites trying to offer drivers. Be aware all drivers you can install in windows 7 or 8, you can get them from Microsoft. The ones you could use on an XP computer can't be used, because Windows 7 or 8 won't let you install them. Just for security reasons.
When your device is sold with compatible with Windows x and it is lower version then the one you use, most likely you can't find driver for your device for the modern Windows. Almost no manufacturer will offer drivers for hardware they no longer sell. Success

Security certificate

Found this:

http://androidforums.com/android-lounge/672344-security-certificate-site-not-trusted.html

Excerpt from the thread:

That message can mean many things including:
* The organization issues their own certificates, and they're not a recognized CA (Certificate Authority)
* It's a subsidiary company using the Parent Company's certificate -or vice-versa
* The certificate has been revoked
* or been corrupted

It depends on the company and what the certificate says as to whether you trust it.

You should be fine if u know the site is trusted your fine. I get the same with Google sometimes I think it has nothing to do with devices but on there end maybe server issues but I wouldn't worry. Yes it's annoying but mine just stopped so you might have to do the same and just wait

Continual security certificate warnings

open internet browser
go to tools/internet options/advance tab
scroll down and "uncheck" warn about certificate address mismatch" or other security certificate.
If you know the cert is trusted or its a secure login, it should be ok.

Security warning there are problems with the security certificate for this site the name on the site does not match the name on the certificate

If you are visiting a legitimate website this shouldn't really be a concern. It is an issue with the website's certificate authority and not your device.
