Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

all you need do is perform a "cold boot" and immediately begin tapping the F8 key until the computer responds. Once you get to the next screen simply select the repair option. from that point it is intuitive to getter done.
another method is to press Alt+F11 when booting the unit, then choose factory restore.

You didn't provide much info. Is the System restore turn on? Do you have a Factory Recovery Partition? What is the Model and OS of the Fujitsu? You can tun-up the Laptop, using some freeware software. If you provide the OS you are using, I can suggest some tips.

Gateway ne71b win 8 wireless won't turn on

Similar to another posted wireless issue found in a Gateway NE71B, I offer the same solution.

Check your BIOS version by entering the BIOS. As the Gateway logo appears after turning on the power, press either F1 or F2. You should get into the BIOS. Look for the current version. If the version is earlier than version 2.13, you will want to update the BIOS.

Factory restore

On a laptop there is no factory setting reset option (unless you mean bios reset ). To get the laptop back to the initial 'as new' condition you need to re-install the system using the recovery disk on startup. Put recovery cd 1 inside laptop cd drive and restart the computer. Follow instructions for complete restore.
If you do complete restore you can lose all your data.
