your heated throw has a 5 year warranty! Warranty is covered on this page, specs are on the bottom link.
If you have a digital control, it is designed to flash "E" on the display to notify you that a problem may have been discovered. Gradient controls and warming throw controls use a blinking indicator light for this purpose.
Follow the instructions on the flag tag to reset the control or follow the steps below.
Unplug the system from wall outlet.
Check that the control is well connected to the module.
Plug the power cord into the wall outlet.
Set the control to "on".
If the system still does not operate, disconnect the power cord and contact sunbeam Sites sunbeam Site
You can try to order a replacement through the company you originally bought the set from. If it is fairly new, the warranty may still be in effect. My sister goes through http://www.pioneercomfort.com and has had good results, you could try there.
I'm sorry, but I'm confused! This question references grill SG7621sp but mentions the Heat Throw, the only reference I can find that involves most of your information is a Sunbeam "electric blanket" item. Can you help me narrow down the search parameters?
Hi, If there are bare As in the copper is showing wires then it IS dangerous. If it is just the wires twisted then just straighten it out the best possible and you will be okay.If the wires are frayed to the point of the copper showing then you need to have the cord replaced. However, unless this is a fancy iron you will be better off throwing it out and then buying a new one rather then paying the bucks you will need to to have the cord replaced...
"FF" or a blinking light will display meaning “Fault Found”. The “fault” is in the amount of power available to the blanket, mattress pad or throw.
There are several causes to this problem: 1. Bedding product is plugged into an extension cord, surge protector, power strip, or not plugged into a direct wall outlet. 2. Bedding product wasn't plugged in properly.
To FIX this problem, do the following to reset your bedding product:
1. Unplug the power cord from the electrical connection. 2. Unplug the cord from the actual bedding product itself. 3. Re-plug the cord into the bedding product. Make sure the connection is secure and complete. 4. Re-insert power cord back into a wall outlet.
If the 4 steps above are not followed in order, the bedding product will not properly reset.
