Zip files can be created with or without a password. Looks like your needs one. There is no way around it, unless you want to hack it.

SOURCE: I am unable to unzip
Is the file in Zip or Rar format?
Download the Zipreader as it is freeware and very easy to use and make zip files. http://www.pkware.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=384&Itemid=331&forms08=true
Also try Winzip http://www.winzip.com/index.htm
If you are running XP or Vista then it is not so difficult to extract out the files from a zip folder.
Let me know if you need further assistance.
