Most of the Forums i've read people describe the same problems with the camera on their phones not working as a result of water damage, but my phone has never taken a bath, or even gotten splashed with water, but the camera, and video camera do not work. It comes up for a moment, and then gives an error message that says Busy. Try Again. I thought that this could be caused by lack of memory, so i deleted almost all of the media off of my phone, or moved it to the SIM card, but the error message and camera/video camera remain inoperable. After trying this, I also did a Master Reset of the phone, but this gave me the same results. Help would be much apriciated!

It sounds like the charging port on your phone is broken. This could have happened a number of ways. Either by dropping your phone, putting the charger in wrong, or taking it out wrong. If you call HTC(866-449-8358) and it is still under warranty they will probably fix it for free as long as it doesn't have any water damage(http://www.ehow.com/how_4479971_check-cell-phone-water-damage.html). Otherwise you could also get a new phone.
As Mustgo describes, this is a hardware problem. I followed his/her advice, only I did not take out the batt, just powered the device off, and instead of a cloth, I used a cotton swab made with a plastic rod, not a wooden one.
I applied some gentle pressure with the swab directly on the camera. There was no snapping sound at all, but the camera came back, jerkily I have to say, but at least it was working once again.
Against better judgement, I tried to "improve" the results by applying some more pressure with the camera on: BAD idea! it took a picture of my stupid face and then froze with that picture on the screen. Fortunately, a reset (alt-shift-delete) was all it took to make it work again. So be strongly cautioned: if you don't succeed at the first attempt, turn off the phone, and try increasing the pressure gradually until it works... and when you've achived that result, please just let it sit for a while.
After some hours of not using it, it's now showing image faster and it has not failed again.
We are having the same problem. I researched the problem online and in the Verizon Forums and we are not alone. We are on our 3rd Verizon LG Envy 3 (Sept 2011) and 2nd 16GB memory card (from ebay- both cards worked perfectly in our Blitz and Samsung Glyde)......and we still are out of luck. Verizon acts like this is the first they've heard of the Envy 3 - 4GB/8GB/16GB memory card problem. Evidently, Verizon doesn't pay any attention to their own forums. The Verizon Representative even got very irritated that we were on our 3rd Envy 3 phone (the lights would not work on the keyboard on 1st one) and that we were still calling with problems. I am in the process of filing complaints about the Verizon Rep and the Envy 3 memory card problems. Bottom line.......still looking for a fix!! The phone should recognize the sd card without you having to pull it up manually, both our Blitz and Glyde cell phones did. Oh, one more thing......the Envy 3 recognized a 1GB sd memory card but not the 4GB and above.
The problem I have my two nokia6280 all want to use an object comes Alkamirh
nokia6280 camera standby We have entered into some forums and saw a large number had the same problem Some of them give them some advice, some of the modernization Insahohm to take the company Do you find the solution
its the memory card mate. I've been getting the same problem. Having looked at other forums, it appears to be a problem with the actual phone too - the memory card gets corrupted too easily and then screws up the phones hard drive. I bought a new memory card today and replaced it and the camera now works fine - unfortunately the new memory card doesn't work, but at least it seems to cut out the fault that was originally occuring.
