Can't hear audio while playing or recording from my Numark to Audacity yet I can hear the audio when the transfer to Audacity is complete.


You will have got the audio muted in your windows recording mode. If you right click on your speaker icon it will say recording devices. Click that and you will be able to see all the devices and if they are activated.

I cant hear audio from youtube videos.

If you can't hear audio while playing YouTube videos then follow the given steps, Any step may solve your problem,
First of all check your PC audio settings, Adjust the volume control on your computer and speakers, Try to play any saved audio file of your PC and check that u hear audio sound or not, if it works then Install the latest version of Adobe Flash Player (necessary for streaming YouTube videos.or may be YouTube videos are muted for this Adjust the volume control located in the lower left corner of the YouTube Video Player. If you have done this and still you can't hear audio then Restart your internet browser or chane your browser like (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, etc.)

I can hear the myself in the headphones and it is recording but i cant hear the audio when i play it back.


Make sure you've adjusted the Mix knob correctly. The Mix knob is above the Output knob. Turning it counter-clockwise allows you to hear more of your input and turning it clockwise lets you hear more of your playback. Try adjusting the knob clockwise to get more of your playback feed.

Hello,

the sound IC is bad, that' why you cannot hear any audio from your TV.

You need to change the sound IC to hear audio from your TV again.

I own a sony cybershot S650, After recording a video when i play it , i cannt hear any audio - after connecting it to the tv i can hear audio too. plz tell me how to enable audio on my camera.

It seems to me that if you can hear audio on TV, that means the microphone is functioning correctly. As to hearing audio from the camera I am not sure whether you can do that. Does the camera have an ear-plug to connect an external headset?

If you are only hearing part of the audio from your DVD player, I would suggest you check your audio settings before seeking repairs.

Audio can be encoded to a DVD in several ways. If the audio on the disc is different than the settings on your DVD player, you may not hear all of the audio layers. For example, if your DVD is encoded in 5.1 Surround Sound, but your DVD player is set only to play basic Stereo, you may only hear portions of the audio.

Try accessing the menu on your DVD player, and look for the audio settings. If there is a higher setting available than is currently selected, try a higher audio setting. A higher setting should also be compatible with lower types of audio encoding.

If this does not improve your audio, or if you need help navigating your product menus, I would recommend giving Pioneer's toll-free support line a call at (800) 421-1404.
