I have an ATI Radeon X1650 Pro 512MB that I installed on my Abit NF7 motherboard about a year ago. It had been working fine till now. I bought a game that worked just fine. Then a storm came in the night that caused the power to flicker. Now every time I load that game (or any game) after a little while, The video card freezes and the computer shuts off. It doesn't do this with normal programs. It works fine with normal programs and extended desktop.
If you know anything please let me know Thanks

- Thanks for your help I think that after scrounging around for hours just to find the part number to get my warranty and having to take the video card out of the computer and reinstalling it somehow fixed the problem.
check if the games take too much memory so that the card not able to work, if you used to play it before without problem, check the card fan if its working, and at the same time check your computer cooling if its cool enough.

I'm trying to connect my Radeon X1650 to my HDTV Via a DVI to Component adapter. I have Catalyst Control Center 9.8 I cannot get a picture on the HDTV. I am using a anolog monitor as primary and trying to set up hdtv as secondary. I would rather use HDTV as primary if possible. Any advice please?
