Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

RealPlayer not working in Google Chrome

You should make sure that you've installed RealPlayer after installing Chrome, as it needs to install a plugin for the browser directly.

You can ensure it is installed, and enable or disable it, by doing the following:
  1. Type chrome:plugins in the address bar.
  2. Find RealPlayer:
    • Click Disable to stop the plug-in from running.
    • Click Enable to re-enable the plug-in.
Make sure that is it both present and enabled. If it isn't there, reinstall the program with the latest RealPlayer installer.

There is also a guide that was undated on 11 days ago on realplayer's website, here, advising users to make sure they update their RealPlayer installation.

Chrome should really come with RealPlayer pre-installed, so it might also be a good idea to reinstall Chrome entirely if this doesn't work.

I cant get realplayer to pop up on youtube for downloading

Please make sure you are using a compatible browser, Firefox is the one I use. Once the video is playing, 'hover' your mouse directly over the playing flash video. The RealPlayer download button should appear. If you continue to have problems, I recommend using Video DownloadHelper instead with Firefox. To me, it is just more reliable.

You cannot directly download videos from Youtube.com. To download videos from Youtube, you have to install downloader or plugins like

Speedbit downloader,

etc..
Let me know if you need further help.
Good Luck.

I have been using Real Player for PalmOne 1.6.1 on my TX. I used it on my Tungsten E and like it better than Pocket Tunes that came with the TX. I can't connect to RealPlayer SP or Windows Media Player 10...

Pocket Tunes has a feature that will allow you to sync with Windows Media Player. Realplayer has been designed for older pdas, and won't work. After you sync the songs on Pocket Tunes, they will show up in realplayer.

I have gif.img being blocked by aol and when i click on it like it says to show img it turns into a plug in and i still cant view the img such as pictures tags playlist etc

Depending upon which browser you are using its a good idea to add most of the commonly used browser plugins

I suggest you do it manually for Java Runtime and Adobe Flash there are two one for IE8 and one Firefox make sure you install the correct one.

Java is used extensively on facebook for uploading pictures and Adobe Flash for High Quality website viewing.

Its also a good idea to install all the Plugins like Quicktime and Windows Media and Realplayer if you use it all MANUALLY as sometimes the plugin links from the website that is requesting it wont work.

Have you downloaded the newest version of Firefox, came out a week or so ago. It asked me to download a new version of java which I did.
Also you might have set the default player to explorer.
Computers, in my opinion, are the biggest time savers and also the biggest time wasters ever invented by man.
