1994 chevy s-10 runns rough good full presser changed fuel componets in side pluntum spider and iac , cleand egr , poppets is there an order in the way thay plug in i put them in the way thay came out

Check your spark plugs/ecm/plugs wires. You might also put a code reader to her. My 92 Sonoma will give codes even if engine light doesn't come on. Another issue you may be having is a clogged cat converter. It's like putting a potato in your tail pipe. Back pressure from exhaust builds up.

I have 1995 chevy lumina with the3100 engine. It starts fine but idle is rough and has loss of power and smells like unburnt gas.


How long since overall tune-up? Any applicable trouble codes?
The basics for a rough idle, check for a leak of some kind, fuel--egr--vacuum, something of that nature. Does it run ok off-idle?

egr valve is stuck open,replace it and it will run.i dont know why they go bad when the spider does

Check the IAC (Idle Air Control Valve) and the TPS (Throttle Position Sensor) they are a very common issue on that truck

4.3 94 chevy cranks sometime most time it wont change plugs , wire, dist,rotor button,crank module...getting good fire .. and fuel but still wont crank


check the fuel pressure to make sure it reads 55 psi when you turn the key on. if not the pump may be to weak to open the poppet valves on the injectors.

I need to know how to look up the spider webbing, which is what everyone calls it but is not listed as that, in my 93 chevy s10 blazer 4x4 in the fuel injection, thx


some call the ''SPIDER' but what it is tube from the fuel meter body and it is under intake.it consist of fuel injector hold downplate,nuts,fuel injectors,poppet nozzles(tubes),fuel meter body,fuel pressure regulator,o-ring,filter screen.

No fire on passenger side new spider injectors new tuneup


I suspect that your CPFI unit has plugged injectors,the CPFI is Central Port Fuel Injection and is located inside the upper intake manifold,we call it a turantula because it looks like a spider,it houses the injectors or what is called poppets on this sys,they have problems with becoming plugged with carbon and causing a missfire,you can attempt to clean them but that usually does not work and is best to have it replaced,it is an expensive unit and GM has updated to a better system for replacment. I've also know of a few fire in the manifold that messed up the poppets. 
Check the wireing harness to the injector first, may have gone lose, and try to get it scaned. Could be something simple.

Rough idling sluggish acceleration


These 4.3L W motors are common for fuel leaking inside the plenum causing them to run rough and smell like raw fuel. The fuel pressure regulator leaks internally, also the injector spider leaks and the two fuel lines feeding the fuel to the spider. You have to remove the plenum and look for the clean spot. Where the fuel leaks it cleans the oil off. Before you try this check your EGR valve. The EGR valves on these get stuck open with carbon and cause a rough idle. Remove it and look for the plunger it is a small round piece that you can push in and out, make sure it closes fully. You can also clean it with carb clean and they make a replacement gasket with a screen in it to keep chunks out of it. Start with the EGR because it is easier. The parts for under the plenum are available at most any parts store. If you have any problems just ask, and if you can not find the parts I will give you part numbers. Let me know what you find I will be back tomorrow.
