Question about Motorola Mobility HK250 Universal Bluetooth Headset
Since it's a new Bluetooth, do I have to take it to sprint to have them connect it?
No , bluetooth headsets are usually simple to pair , read your manual on how to pair with your device

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Usually to pair a new device like that, there would be some trick to set it up. Im not familiar with your exact model, however ive had success with holding some buttons in.
Usually you would hold down the power button, or perhaps the volume up and down together, hold them down for a few secs and the light will go blue/red/blue/red to show its in pairing mode.

Depending on the phone... try and remove the currentbluetooth device. Close the headset. Go to the phone and choose discover, or search. Open theheadsetand press and hold the big button. It should then turn purple and should be recognized.
Also make sure thebatteryon theheadset is charged before doing this.
If this doesntwork: Start the search onthe phone, Keep the boom of the mic closed when you press and hold the buttonon the h700. the light should turn purple. After this, open the boom
The passkey will be 0000, four zeros.

Hold the volume buttons on the side while holding the call button for 10 seconds. It will reset the bluetooth and remove any other devices it may have been paired to. Then turn it off, back on and it will eventually stay lit blue and then you need to set it up through your phone. I hope this helps, I had the same problem and mine is working fine!
