My headlights is not working on my polaris 4x4 magnum 4 wheeler is there a fuse box anywhere how can i fix my headlights please help?

no just the caliper, they will try sell you a whole kit but all you need is caliper. the piston on yours is now starting to stick that's why sometimes will work good other times will heat up and begin to burn the pads. this will need addressed asap for if it gets stuck and doesn't release could cause brakes to catch fire. so do it as soon as possiable.

There is a fuse but I am going toward the little plus that go's to your light that may have come unplugged when you changed your plug. That a bit old look for inline fuse or under the seat?

You need to inspect all gas lines for obstructions including the gas tank , and especially the carb. I can bet dollars to doughnuts that it's a fuel problem something is blocking the fuel and by rocking it it's allowing the fuel to go through. hope this helps , let me know how you make out .

YOU PLACED THIS QUESTION UNDER POOL PUMP, BUT I WILL GIVE IT A TRY. MOST OF THE TIME, THE FUSES ARE IN THE HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY ,, ITS LIKE THE ONLY DRY SPOT ON IT, OR YOU CAN SEARCH NEXT TO THE BATTERY .. THE CUTTING OFF MAY BE A SEAT SWITCH, PULL THE SIDE COVERS OFF AND DO SOME SNOOPING AROUND, YOU MIGHT FIND A FUSE BOX THAT TELLS YOU WHAT FUSE DOES WHAT.ON THE INSIDE OF THE LID. IF YOU HAVE NO LUCK .. TRY YOUR SEARCH AGAIN UNDER THE RIGHT CATEGORY.. OR DO A GOOGLE SEARCH FOR 4 WHEELER CLUBS FORUMS .. THERE A REAL GOOD SOURCE WITH PICTURES !! AND DON'T FORGET ABUT ME .. I have a magnum 330 that the taillight stays on when quad is running and it shocks my handsevery so often

I had the same trouble , I bypassed the switch in the gear shift box .

i had a polaris scrambler three wheeler and it would blows bulbs also, it had a junk battery in it, never thought anything of it, read up on it and if the battery has a short in it, it will blows the bulbs, replaced the battery and didnt have any more problems blowing bulbs

I'm not sure but it might be the sensor on the right front wheel disk
