yes for the red and white or clear

there is screws behind them the plastic caps limit the turns of the screws

    plastic screws need adjustment

but they only turn so far

how you make them turn further is up to you

(service people only have the tool to remove these caps without destroying them)

so if you find a way come out a 1/4 turn on both and try

First, check fuel lines for cracks/breaks. Replace if they are bad.

Next, you will need to do a little bit more detail on the car.

Disassemble the carburetor and spray with carb.cleaner. Make sure the small screen in the carb. is free of debris. ( You should be able to see daylight through it.) IMPORTANT: Use a Den Tek Brush, (http://www.drugstore.com/products/prod.asp?pid=165357&catid=1152), to clean the small portals in carb. Reassemble and start.

(NOTE: If the cleaning doesn't work, then buy a carb. kit and replace all appropriate parts.)

If you need further assistance, just let me know.

Trimmer has to stay between half choke and full choke to stay running what is it

Start with carb adjustment. One full turn out on both low and high side, then set the idle. If this doesn't fix it, then rebuild the carb.

MY RYOBI BC 30 WILL NOT RUN WHEN I SET TO C FULL

Check the fuel lines for cracks/breaks. If they are o.k., then:

You will need to disassemble the carburetor and spray with carb.cleaner. Make sure the small screen is free of debris. (Should be able to see daylight through it.)

Use a Den Tek Brush, (http://www.drugstore.com/products/prod.asp?pid=165357&catid=1152),to clean the small portals in carb. These portals can become blocked. Reassemble and start.

If the carb. parts are more than 4 years old, you may have to replace them.

If you need further assistance, just let me know.

Engine will not throttle up

the red and white screws are the air and fuel mixture needles they may need adjustment if you are getting plenty of fuel to the carb. note that newer walbro carbs these mix set screws can only be adjuted very little. they will break if you twist to much. but firt when you took the carb apart was the fuel metering diaphram crisp or was it still flexable? ( black gasket thing under side cover . it has a small metal botton in the middle of it. if this does not flex freely then you need a walbro carb gasket set. mabe 5 to 10 bucks.

Homelite gas trimmer will not run without half choke and throttle

You need to disassemble the carb. and spray with carb. cleaner. If you need tips on how to do this, just let me know. You may need a new carb. kit as well, but we won't know that until you first perform the first step, or if the carb. parts are more than 3 years old. If they are, then go ahead and buy the carb. kit and replace the parts.
