There isn't anything inside the suction assembly once the cover is removed to snag on so you should be able to remove the cloth fairly easily.

SOURCE: I have a 1980 kohler jacauzzi tub with 6 jets.

no not really the only way to fix it right is to open up the walls. this is a common problem with these units, the best thing you can do is contact the manufacture who made it and ask them what to do.

SOURCE: My jacuzzi bathtub plastics pipes underneath are

no there is no solutions for plugging off the jets so the water doesn't go in them. you will have to pull the tub and repair the lines. no access panel just means you have to dig in!

I have a jacuzzi whirlpool tub in my home that has started to leak at the three button control panel. Flooded out the bathroom so I cut a hole in the tile surround and when the pump is running it leak

First thing you need to do is remove some skirting so you can actually see where the water is coming from.
The 3 position control panel would only leak if the water was above it or covering it if it is located in the wall of the tub. That solution would only require the bather to NOT fill the tub quite so full.
IF however the water is coming from another location then that will be noticeable when you are checking for the water leak.

Washer ripping clothes

Check the drum baffles (the paddles inside the tub) to see if one is loose and also check the front tub seal for any tears.

Spa jets won't bubble

some tubs have a powered blower (you can hear it) or some tubs have a venturi suction bubbler system, you will have have to pop open service cover to look to see what kind you have, venturi type most of the time are turned off or down to far and don't produce bubbles (twist knobs) powered blowers sometimes have hoses pop off there fittings

I have a jacuzzi tub in my master bath, and it has started surging through the jets in about an 8 second interval. Also I have started noticing a little bit of water leaking from under the side of the tub....

Surging is caused when the pump doesn't have enough water to push to the jets. this is usually a problem caused by air being drawn into the suction of the pump.
take a look at the jet(s) facing the suction cover.
I have seen cases where the water with the air mixed in causing bubbles gets sucked into the suction of the tub and causes the surging because the pump is pulling in too much air.
try rotating the nozzle of the jet facing the suction away from it. point it another way. turn the air control knob closed and see if that is the problem.
the only other issue that could cause this 'surging' problem is a leak in the suction line and could be the source of the water you see under the tub.

What is the round filter like attachment with tons of little holes on the inside my tub and how do i clean it

It is called the suction intake- the pump sucks the water in through the suction intake. It serves as a hair and particle trap (safety device). Some suction intakes can be unscrewed counter-clockwise, others have a round cover that can be popped off with a flathead screwdriver (the cover conceals a philips head screw).

Clogged suction line in bath whirlpool

It sounds like something got sucked into your pump impeller, you can try sucking it back out with a wet vac but my bet is that you'll have to open the pump to clean it out. If the marble skirt is the only acccess to the pump it will need to be removed but look for another way first, they can be difficult to reinstall and make look good. If your careful, the pumps can be opened and cleaned without much trouble, Use your wet vac to suction anything left out of the pump suction line and make sure the pump discharge and distribution lines are clean as well. Pump case should have an "O"Ring seal that should be replaced but may be cleaned, lubricated and reused if not dammaged
Good Luck, this is the kind of job the service tech's make there money on.
