common with these units is the spindle drive gets damaged causing it's rotation to be off set and causing vibration, look for marks on outer casing around central spindle joint . also check the line holder has not been damaged causing to be offset .worn shaft bearings can also cause this problem.

Sounds like your going to be looking for a new motor soon.

the center bushings that holds the shaft center are worn and need to change. this damage is caused bu using a to heavy nylon and because of the damaged you will get vibration on all attachments used

Could be a damaged bearing in the gear head, could be a bent drive shaft or outer drive tube, clutch drum may have worn the
engine housing and spinning off centre.

You need to turn the head slowly by hand when putting the 2 halves together, making sure the 2 shafts are located into eachother properly.

Make sure the 2 half shafts are located together by slowly turning the head by hand, until they slot together.

The shaft inside the tube is not properly installed either in the clutch near the engine or in the trimmer head itself. Take the head off and make sure the shaft is all the way in so that is is seated in the clutch. You may have to turn it with your fingers until you feel it go in. Next make sure the shaft and head line up. You will need to make sure they line up which you can see if you look at the shaft and head. i hope this helps./

try carb cleaner.if that does not help adjust the idel screw up or faster,but not all the way.Sometimes the screw will back out due to vibration.
