Head bent heat up and disc work

Sounds to me like your sander is a fatality in the accident. Don't try to fix it as it is a disposable tool. You would run the risk of ruining any item you chose to sand. Balance is ever so important to a sander and the accident destroyed that balance!

if you misplaced the operator manual you can download it from it is 36 pages long but from what I just read there is a release button on the front UNPLUG TOOL FIRST holding the tool upside down push the release button and pull the attachment off and install whatever other one you want to use. As to the bag it just says to pull the canister off the dust port and empty over a garbage can, and push it back on. I would recommend looking at the manual as I did the info you neeed is around page 7-10 let me know if you need more help. The model number I used was MS2000

Impossible not to get water in the bearings and motor. It is vibrating too fast. You need air sander. Or sand dry, then wet sand the primer by hand.

Sander has a electrical problem I need to know

makita / mactec designed

the first broken / wear off are at the SWITCH button (so they didnt LOOSE very much on ur FREE spare part.
if u want to change the COL BRUSH just open the BLACK part or the head , if it looks like wear off, THINNED, then buy/ ask for GUARANTEE, for free part .
third problem are the TEETH of the ARMATURE/ the one that SPINS in the middle.

THE CABLES are TOUGH enough.
but i better didnot recommend to buy BO 4556, it is DESIGNED flaw, the METAL shoe WEAR off easily, speacially the 4 corner SPRING shoe.

my emial are         miqsanc             at          yahoo         dot           com

I need to replace the eccentric head on my Fein 636-1 sander.

The only reason to replace the head is if it is not running true. If it has been droped and bent it is also possible that the armiture shaft is also bent and it would not fix the problem.

Porter Cable 7800 Drywall Sander- Head overheating/motor laboring

the drive shaft is probably going bad. If all the greese is gone then it will cause it to heat up. you can find parts and diagrams to fix it at search for modle number 7800 under the parts section.

Changing the rubber pad on the Bosch PEX 12 AE

I'm not familiar with that particular model, but they are virtually all replaced the same way. There are a few screws through the pad into the base. Simply remove them and screw the new pad on. You'll see that it's quite simple once you get the new pad in your hands.
Just be careful not to strip the head of the screw: use the right size screwdriver tip.

I hope this information allows you to resolve this issue. If you need further assistance, please post back with a comment to this thread. If I've managed to answer your question or solve a problem, please take a moment to kindly rate this post....thanks!
