Question about ASUS Computers & Internet
Hi. I'm not sure if this is the right forum but what the hell.. I recently used my 8gb USB in a cafe and when I got home, i plugged it in my laptop. USB disk security said I got infected by an okyy.vbs virus. I tried formatting the usb but i cant delete it. i think it infected my laptop but malwarebytes and avast scans cannot detect it. I'm trying to find a solution and hopefully somebody can help. FYI, I'm a noob in when it comes to troubleshooting PC problems. thanks in advance.
I would use Norton Antivirus loaded onto a clean machine and scan your usb to remove it then scan your infected hdd with the same clean computer.
I charge GBP35 to clean like that, GBP30 for the hdd and GBP5 for the usb key.
