a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: memory full, cant delete stored
The user cannot delete specific locations from the Recent Selections list; can only delete all. Bummer. Garmin should afford the user the same flexibility as it provides for the Favorites list, which allows deletion of individual entries.
However, once you have waypoints marked it is extremely difficult to delete them. This is because there is no function to bring up the waypoint list except the "Find" key. If you have waypoints far-away from you, you cannot delete them because you can only "find" waypoints near your current position.
What would make it better?
1) Ability to Delete all waypoints
2) Waypoint Management Menu screen
3) Allow more than 20 tracks
4) Remove corny games, why would you be playing these games at sea? This is a MARINE unit...
If you are looking for a GPS unit for Data Collection, this ain't it. Unit has the potential to be a great tool, but un-professional limitations restrict its use to a fancy toy.

1.Move your images & Videos from Phone Memory to Memory Card..
2.Install Applications in Memory Card Only..
3.if this issue still persists use this reset code

try to remove your memory card and see what happens..
somehow, your phone and memory card is sharing some resources which may affect phone memory integrities.
you may want to check your memory card also for some viruses. your phone is can't or can be affected by viruses but all i know, java phones can't be. still, run a virus scan on your memory card, back it up and format your memory card from your phone.
i would not suggest to hardreset your phone cause i don't think you should do it. for its a sharing resources problem.
send me again a comment if it doesn't resolve your problem.
good luck and take care.
