Battery cells are the number of cells stored in your battery. They differ on how long your battery can hold power, thus how long your computer will stay on. The battery will also get heavier if you have higher number of cells on it.

Battery discharging when car not in use

You need to be more specific about which make of car, since different manufacturers use different types of alarm.
A dying battery is common - even a new battery will eventually discharge when not in use, but if it does so in less than a month or so, you probably have a dead cell.
With modern batteries a dead cell is not easily diagnosed unless the battery has refillable cells. In this case you can charge the battery for a short while, then have someone crank the engine while you peek inside the opened cells. A bad cell will manifest itself by "boiling" - emitting lots of bubbles. You should also get a smell like rotten eggs.
If you are near a battery / exhaust / brake specialist, they should be able to test the battery for you free of charge using professional equipment. If they don't have a battery tester, they are not professional.

Ive seen so many different battery holders on different mother boards, all the clips(battery holders) are straight forward, once you've seen them!
The battery is a CR2032 button cell.

Give me the difference between cell and battery

These words are used interchangeably nowadays, but technically a battery is a group of cells. An AA "battery" is actually a single cell, whereas a car battery is 6 cells in one box wired in series- each cell providing 2 volts for a total of 12 volts. The 9 volt battery used in smoke alarms is also a true battery, made up of six cells packaged together, each providing 1.5 volts. Most other "batteries" are really single cells, but there is no way to make people use the correct technical terms.

I need a Replacement Notebook Battery for Acer Aspire 7520-5757 11.1V 4000 mAH Can I use a Replacement Notebook Battery for Acer Aspire 7520-5757 that has: 14.8 Volt 4400 mAH Will the volt...

No, you should NOT use a battery with different voltage. It may not fry your computer, but it will certainly not work/charge properly.
But it seems impossible, that two batteries of the same symbol have different voltages - one is 3-cell type (3x3.7V lithium cells) and the other is 4-cell (4x3.37V). This usually means, that the second battery will be physically larger (4 groups of cells instead of 3).

If your original battery reads 11.1V, then it's most probably the correct voltage - perhaps there's a typo on the website? Try to consult them so they double-check the specs of this battery.

My battery does not last long. if a play 3 to 4 songs the battery goes low

Hello,

the battery cell is weak. Even if you charge the battery for longer hours, it will make no difference because the battery cell does not have the ability to withhold power for long.

You need to replace the battery and everything will be fine again.

Charge new battery till it gets full before you start using it.

I wish you all the best.

Battery does'nt charge

Either the battery is dead or the charger is. Try a different charger with this battery or a different battery with this charger. And you would know where the fault lies. Change it.

Your battery has had it. You can get a new online for only a few dollars. From what I've seen from alot of the Razr phones the beeping it as just as you were saying. When the battery is dead or does not have enough power to do the basic functions it will beep. The only difference is that, even if it is turned off they will still beep because it has a low battery. have you tried a different battery.
