What is the error code that is displayed? If it turns right off, hold the main power switch till the display screen display's the error code. Write it down and let the forum know what it is, it will help with a answer.
Hello, this is error code for atr sensor's reading. Probably on sensor there is toner dust so he can't read the true value. It needs to be cleaned or replaced. Call service.
Also this error can occure if the developing clutch is rotate constantly, so he is stiring out too much toner.
If this camera just show blue screen it means that the LCD or he mainboard of the camera is defective., is this error code display also a number., usually it will also display the error code number.
If you have this error code please call tech support toll free 1 800 235 6325 and send the camera for repair
532 means the staple head is not moving into posistion you might want to open the door and of the finisher and stick some folded up paper in the door interlock and see if the staple head is hitting something when it tries to move good luck
The fuser unit could be the causes.
But you can try this, power off the printer & unplug the power cord for 15 to 20 minutes. Power on after 20 minutes and se whether the problem resolves, if it ok, monitor it for a while just to make sure the problem resolves
